Lisa Linz is a people-first leader with a passion for building strong teams, fostering continuous improvement, and delivering exceptional patient care. With more than 20 years of experience in leadership and leadership development—and over half of that time spent in healthcare—she enjoys helping people and organizations grow together. Lisa is especially passionate about creating a workplace where people feel supported, engaged, and proud of the work they do. She strives to make the organization a true destination workplace, grounded in a positive culture, teamwork, and a shared commitment to quality care for every patient. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin–La Crosse in Organizational Communication and Public Relations. Outside of work, Lisa loves spending time with her family, sharing a love of sports with her kids, and hanging out with her dog, Poppy. She also enjoys reading and traveling and is almost always listening to a new audiobook or podcast, driven by a love of learning and new ideas.
