Roxanne is an Allergy Nurse Manager with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, specializing in the oversight, education, and clinical operations of ENT and Allergy services. With a strong foundation in evidence-based practice and a passion for patient safety, she leads with clarity, organization, and compassion—supporting both staff and patients through high-quality allergy testing, immunotherapy, and emergency preparedness.

Outside of work, Roxanne enjoys a slower, more intentional pace—spending her free time reading uplifting books, sipping good coffee, and tending to beautiful flowers. She also finds joy and strength in her Pure Barre wellness routine.
