Kelly is the clinic manager for the Allergy & Asthma Center and holds a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. An artist at heart, she brings a creative, systems-based approach to clinic leadership, operations, and staff development. She applies principles of composition, flow, and audience experience to design efficient workflows, clear communication, and effective training programs in a specialty allergy clinic. By translating complex clinical protocols into intuitive systems—using visual cues, meaningful safety rituals, and hands-on simulations—Kelly supports patient safety, staff confidence, and day-to-day clinic performance. Kelly believes both management and training should be living systems, refined through feedback and adapted to real clinic flow.

Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, skiing, painting, designing, gardening, and spending time outdoors in Colorado with her family.
