Melissa Puls has served as Financial Controller and Benefits Manager since 2020, bringing more than 25 years of accounting experience to her role. With a strong background in financial management, compliance, and employee benefits administration, she is known for her attention to detail, strategic insight, and commitment to supporting both organizational goals and employee well-being.

Outside of work, Melissa is a devoted wife, proud mom of three adult children, and a joyful grandma—known as “Mema”—to five grandchildren. She’s also a dog mom to Stella, a French bulldog, and Rona, a Frenchton (half French bulldog, half Boston Terrier). Melissa loves spending time on the water and feels most at home soaking up the sun on the beautiful beaches of Mexico.
