Dr. Subbarayan was born and raised in Columbus, OH where he completed his undergraduate and medical education at The Ohio State University. He completed his residency training in Otolaryngology – Head and Neck Surgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center. As a resident, he published and coauthored numerous peer reviewed articles in topics such as patient outcomes after head and neck cancer surgery, intraoperative transmission of cancer inducing viruses and diagnostic imaging in pediatric soft tissue infections. He was also an integral part of the creation of a multidisciplinary difficult airway response team. Dr. Subbarayan lives with his wife and daughter in Menasha. He enjoys spending time with his family, sports, fitness, hiking, traveling, reading, and video games. He is eternally grateful to his wife for convincing him to give up the soul crushing life of a Browns fan to become a Packer.
