A Dynamic and Rewarding Role
As an APP at Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of WI, you’ll practice at the top of your license while caring for a diverse patient population ranging from pediatric to geriatric patients. Depending on specialty and clinic location, responsibilities may include:
- Conducting patient evaluations and follow-up visits
- Diagnosing and managing ENT-related conditions
- Ordering and interpreting diagnostic testing
- Developing individualized treatment plans
- Performing in-office procedures within scope and credentialing
- Providing post-operative care and patient education
- Collaborating closely with physicians on complex cases
- Coordinating care across multidisciplinary teams

Dedicated Clinical Support
At Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists of WI, our APPs are supported with their own dedicated Medical Assistant, allowing providers to focus on delivering exceptional patient care while maintaining efficient clinic workflows.
Your dedicated MA helps support:
- Patient rooming and intake
